Over at Bach we’ve been on the hops again, brewing up our best beer for the invitation-only NZIPA challenge at Smith’s Craft House in Queenstown. Loaded with Motueka, Peacharine, Riwaka, and NZ101 on juicy Gladfield malts, it was a—what, a highway? A Bedford truck that led an era to build our nation and quench thirsts, when NZ pioneered delivering beer to pubs in massive 5,000-liter beer tankers.
