The Aydie vintage origin comes from vineyards of clay-siliceous hillsides on small gravels. For the vinification the two grape varieties are separated. The wine is aged in tanks for 8 months. 

Originally Aydie is a Madiran with a dark red robe, the nose is complex with notes of black fruits like blackberry and floral notes like violet. The mouth is full with round and graceful tannins. The finish of the aydie l'Origine cuv?e remains on fruity and fresh notes.
