The first edition of Athru Annacoona is a 14-year-old single malt Irish whiskey, matured in American oak casks and finished in Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks. Bottled for the forthcoming Lough Gill distillery in Sligo. 

Athru Annacoona is named after a cave on Benbulben, near the distillery, and is a sweet, fruity whisky with notes of dark berries, salted caramel and warm spiced throughout the palate.
