100% Single estate grown, Bridge Pa Triangle, Hawkes Bay.

100% Syrah.

Winemaking:

This wine is a blend of multiple different batches, all of which had differing treatments during fermentation. Using a mix of pump overs and hand plunging, this has helped in creating rich but fine tannins, whilst still retaining fruit forward style of Syrah. Each batch was matured for 10months in seasoned barrels, with 10% in new French oak.
