The beer that built a brewery. This is an all NZ hopped English style IPA where the ABV is lower and the malt presence is higher than other more modern counterparts. Orange brown pour with a dense white head and a medley of NZ hop aromas. Some caramel melanoidins back up this aroma and deliver the toasty, malty palate of the English style. Medium to full body with an assertive bitterness.
