Pinot noir from vines in French Peak Vineyard, syrah, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a vibrant yet velvety smooth ruby red gin with notes of a fruit forward pinot noir. Bright, silky and elegant with a dash of spice. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa.
The gins are a true evocation of this beautiful part of Aotearoa.
