This Artisan Italian beer is a pure malt light beer, produced with barley malt and wheat malt. With a fresh taste, slightly acidic, very fruity and not very bitter, spicy, compact, creamy and adherent foam. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, top-fermented and refermented in the bottle.
