Introduced to its second home - South Tyrol - as early as 1850, Pinot Blanc is one of the most important white wines of the San Michele Appiano cellar. Schulthauser was first bottled in 1982, and is now among the most famous South Tyrollean Pinot Blancs. A complete wine, fresh and fruity, it seduces the palate with a its creamy softness and marked acidity.
Straw yellow colour with glints of green. Aromas of clean fruity notes such as apple, fresh pear and white blossoms. On the palate it is lively and balanced with a fresh and fruit-incised creaminess.
