This Phantom Lord’s soul draws its spirit not from the Underworld, but California, USA. As a West Coast IPA, it’s absolutely brimming with Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra hops. We were going to stop adding them, but the devil on our shoulder told us to keep going. And he was right. The result has the classic, bitter bite you want, with big grapefruit, resinous pine, and passionfruit undertones. It’s our loudest Phantom Lord yet well, it is American.
