Immediately crunchy, the acidity braces you for the tightly wound mineral palate layered with Bickford's brown lime juice a whisper of pineapple, and the earthy lift of bee pollen. The potential longevity of Riesling is apparent here, but equally, the balance allows for a rewarding young wine.
