'Frileuse' is a tiny vineyard co-planted with an intriguing combination of Sauvignon Blanc, Fié Gris and Chardonnay. Its name translates to 'little cold one', referencing this vineyard's susceptibility to frost. Clos du Tue Boeuf has been certified organic since the mid-1990s, and are a real driving force for natural and sustainable winemaking in Cheverny, and the Loire Valley in general. This blend is very expressive, with delicious notes of tropical fruit, peach and citrus with a stony minerality on the finish.
