The notion that Hawke’s Bay has no business being in the Pinot Noir game has long since been relegated to the ‘stuff & nonsense’ file.  Organically grown at Mangatahi on old river terraces on vines that produced plump, ripe fruit.

Think tobacco, violet and subtle earthy characters before you dive in, followed by vibrant, dancing silky dark plum flavours as you take the plunge.  Not afraid to be from Hawke’s Bay.  Good stuff.
