Named for the mentoring nature of our founder, this remarkable Cabernet Sauvignon captures immense varietal definition as the best expression of this varietal each vintage.

WINE MAKERS NOTES:
This is deeply coloured wine showing violet, cassis and dark chocolate notes, coupled by a richly structured palate and tannin, followed by a long finish. Can be cellared until 2033.
