Burgundy’s (and now yours!) answer to Champagne – like Champagne, it is made using the Methode Traditionelle, where the second fermentation takes place in the
bottle (and therefore creating the “bubbles”)
Attractive aromas of citrus zest, flowers and crushed chalk. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, with a fine but mouth-filling mousse and an impressive cut and definition. The finish is quite long and persistent.
