The colour is a deep garnet with purple hues.

The nose is richly layered with blackberry, cherry, mocha, cardamom, vanilla and earthy loam. The mouth filling palate has generous fine tannins and bright acidity giving a long mineral finish.

Rich red fruit with a distinctive earthiness gives the wine an exotic flair. While seductive as a young wine, the balance of fine tannin and apt acidity are the hallmarks of a wine that will age beautifully.
