Bright pale straw-yellow; a fine, clear mousse with a very delicate perlage. Pleasantly fruity and with good aromatic intensity, recalls wisteria flowers and Rennet apples. Very well-balanced and appealing, with the extremely delicate almond note that is typical of Prosecco.
