B.wine is the passion project of Raphael and Christine Burki. It allows them to be all of these things. A boutique winery hiding out in Martinborough, producing wines for the love of nature and the culture of wine.  
As two Swiss born Kiwis, who learned their craft in Switzerland and found their home in New Zealand, they are the hands-on owners of B.wine.

The B.Wine Pinot Gris is ripe, fleshy, varietal and fruit centric bouquet with aromas of fresh pear and yellow apple, some honeysuckle then a soft mineral layer and light white spice note. On the palate - equally fruity, taut, crisp and youthful. Flavours of white fleshed fruits and a touch of citrus invade the palate and coat it with flavour. Honeysuckle and mineral flavours emerge after a time.
