Deeply coloured with a sweet fragrance and a spicy bouquet. Generous ripe cherry, blueberry and plum flavours with finely integrated oak. The fruit was hand harvested in March 2021, 100% de-stemmed followed by a long cold maceration, fermented slowly and gently pressed. It has been aged in French oak barriques, of which 25% were new, for 11 months.

Serve with beef, stuffed eggplant, rich tomato/mushroom based recipes, pork and lamb dishes.
