At the very heart of this wine is the Bostock?s love of Hawke?s Bay and one special piece of land at their home at Ngatarawa. Long owned by Johnny and his wife, the late Vicki Bostock, it was Vicki?s passion that provided the inspiration for this wine.

Hand harvested and cooled overnight before long, gentle whole bunch pressing. Juice settled for 24 hours before fermentation. Left on spent yeast lees for a few months with periodic stirring. Lightly fined and filtered ahead of bottling.

An elegant, aromatic expression of Pinot Gris. Beautiful varietal notes of spiced pear and finely structured to be perfectly adaptable to a wide array of foods.
