Though distinctly different, both are known colloquially as ?pepper tree? and have long been used in traditional medicines and tinctures. Growing wild in the sprawling Ruapehu forests, kawakawa?s heart-shaped leaves and horopito?s red-speckled leaves are easily identifiable. Our Native Botanicals Session Mead mirrors their natural beauty. Brewed with our multi-floral m?nuka bush honey fermented in Ruapehu mountain water for an all-natural, healthier beverage.
