There's so much history in this bottle it would drain the ink of 100 pens to write it all down. Besides being one of Italy's most beautiful wineries, with its backdrop against the Dolomites, it is also one of the oldest (2nd oldest, actually), founded in 1142 by Augustinian monks.
Radiant, powerful ruby-red. Fruity and floral, with a scent of cherries and light tones of almonds and violets in the bouquet. Velvety and harmonious on the palate, with a fine finish.
