Neither colored nor chillfiltered, Akashi Single Malt 4 year old Red Wine Cask was aged 3 and a half in cognac barrels and then finished for 10 months in Japanese red wine barrels from the Akashi vineyard located in the Yamanashi region.
Its lively nose revealing floral and white fruit notes, asserts itself on the palate with the appearance of woody notes and citrus aromas coated in a round and refined texture which ends very smoothly.
