A deliciously enticing blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 25% Semillion Grapes results in a vibrant overall Sauvignon Blanc.  One that exhibits balance in acidity and texture. 

On the nose, gooseberry, nettle and green pepper form an initial fresh aromatic notes, followed by a lingering sweetness of passion fruit  and lychee.  This complexity translates into fresh balanced acidity on the palate.  Weighted down by a barrel fermented texture, said to have "a gin and tonic like finish.
