The “Liaisons Dangereuses” cuvée is born from a desire to offer a light wine. This fruit driven wine is fresh. Its voluptuous tannins support aromas of ripe, sunny red fruits. The wine thus reveals itself harmoniously in the balance of its aromatic richness, its silkiness and tonic texture.


This wine was created as part of the French Beaches Lab, in partnership with Fabien Jouves, “the golden generation of Cahors”. Having taken over the family estate of 20 hectares in 2006, this formidable vigneron is located on the highest hills of Cahors. The Mas del Périé domain is certified organic and biodynamic. The whole winemaking process happens without oenological input, the wines are neither fined nor filtered. Fabien takes particular care in producing quality wines: easy- drinking wines up to his majestic single vineyard wines from Cahors.
