The wine is of pale gold color, with aromas of green apple, citrus, and a hint of mineral. On the palate, it is light-bodied and well-balanced, with flavours of green apple, lemon, and a subtle mineral note. The wine has a refreshing acidity and a clean, crisp finish.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

Terroir: Brown soil over a bed of  hard limestone at altitudes between 230-280m

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tank and aged for several months.
