Specialising in Cabernet Franc and Gamay varieties. The Delaunay family are winemakers from father to son. 5 generations have followed one another to make this Domaine what it is today. Formerly a mixed farming operation, it was in 1965 that the Estate really took shape with Jo?l Delaunay to devote himself solely to viticulture and the marketing of his first bottles in 1970. Years after years, he restructured and enlarged the vineyard and will begin its first export sales in the early 1980s. 1992 saw the construction of a new modern winemaking cellar with a stainless steel vat room in anticipation of my future arrival on the Estate.
