Their wines are superb, and constantly gain more and more recognition from discerning wine lovers and critics. The vineyard has now more than doubled in size without diminishing the quality- quite a rare achievement. With Domaine Boudau actually based in Rivesaltes, it is of no surprise that also the famous dessert wines from this villages are also a great success.

A beautiful golden yellow color with light green hues. Powerful but elegant flavors of apricot, melon and fresh grapes. A long and full-bodied taste with hints of honey, despite its dry character. Light and fresh with a pleasant subtle bitter aftertaste. Perfect for appetizers, to salads and other cold dishes. Suitable for various kinds of salmon. Or amazing with goat's cheese.
