Made from the most prestigious variety of blackcurrants grown exclusively in the Côte d'Or, Burgundy, Briottet Creme de Cassis de Dijon is a blackcurrant liqueur made from macerating blackcurrants in a water-alcohol solution for 10 weeks. This allows the full flavour and aroma of the blackcurrants to flow through into the liqueur.
