The Cellar Master at Ch. de Breuil got the idea of blending rums from several countries of the Caribbean region, in order to create a rum that will have all the qualities of its constituents and then will be very aromatic, complex and round in mouth.
It pours golden, with a very rich and not agressive nose, mixing notes of roasted pineapple, ripe banana, mango, candied fruits and nuts.
On the palate it's round, smooth and supple, ending with notes of liquorice and vanilla.
