The origin of the domain goes back to the 18th century.
In 1987, Bertrand Ambroise takes back the domain in Premeaux-Prissey, small village near Nuits-Saint-Georges. Fascinated by the work of the vine and lover of the wine, he develops the domain which reaches now approximately 21 hectares with a number of top quality parcels in Clos de Vougeot and a parcel in the Vosne-Romanee lieu-dit “Aux Damodes”.

Since 2013, the domaine has the certification about organic farming (certified by Ecocert) and is complemented by a thriving negociant business. The style of wine is for dark coloured, powerful wines from fully ripe grapes, complemented by plenty of new oak.

This wine is 100% Pinot Noir. Notes of ripe and juicy berry fruits, supple with a plush palate, good weight and rounded with smooth, silky tannins.
Perfect next to some roast pork loin, turkey or game.
