One of the truly iconic Chardonnays of New Zealand, the Seresin Reserve continues to lead the way, releasing an incredibly complete and balanced wine in 2015. Beautifully lees driven and savoury with a complex minerality amazingly well integrated, the wine has a long, creamy, saline finish that cries out for some fresh seafood to match. A more refined wine this year, it is certified both organic and biodynamic, as well as bottled unfined and only lightly filtered. Great now in its youth at 10-12 degrees, those who cellar through to 2020+ will be richly rewarded.
