50% Grenache, 20% Carignan, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Tempranillo. Medium purple colour. The nose is fresh red and black berries, combined with smokey and spicy notes. An elegant and harmonious palate, refreshing acidity giving structure and silkiness to this intricately structured wine – while the fruit character is dense, it is also not heavy, and leads into more savoury notes of mushrooms and black olives. Expect this to age gracefully in the bottle over 5 years or more.
