After cold setting the juice, it is transferred it to both large format and traditional sized barrels where it spent the next 10 months.

The nose is filled with brioche, peach, melon and grapefruit pith with hints of toasted nuts and spice. On the palate the wine is seamless with many different flavours flowing nicely together.
