Botanicals: Juniper berries, Angelica Root, Licorice, Coriander, Bitter Orange Peel and Yuzu are infused into a sugarcane-based spirit for 22 hours, then set to rest for a month to allow the oils to fuse.
The bottling is done without filtration or any chilling of the alcohol! Due to that, we still have the oils of the infusion and distillation in the bottle!!
A concentrated spicy and herbaceous flavour gives this gin from Hokkaido a dynamic and elegant liveliness.
