Aultmore 21yo Foggie Moss has been distilled in a pot still before being matured in a Refill Hogshead for 21 years. The nose is fresh and floral, with light spices, wet moss, a sour note, oak and yellow fruits. On the palate it's big oak with vanilla. Lemony citrus, dusty spice. Mixed fruit jam and citruses.
