Barbadillo Pedro Ximenez is a very rich, thick and sumptuous dessert sherry from Barbadillo. This has a rich prune, raisin flavour and goes superbly well with rich desserts. Totally mouthfilling, rich, luscious flavours of rancio, honey, treacle, toffee and caramel. A wine of extraordinary length and exceptionally long aftertaste of treacle, honey and liquorice.
