Alpha Domus' Cumulus M?thode Traditionelle Blanc de Blanc with zero dosage, is a return to natural authenticity. The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch presssed from our clone 6 Chardonnay planted in 1991. This Chardonnay clone has been specifically selected for its citrus freshness and light elegant structure on the palate.

Cumulus exhibits a fine and persistent bead with creamy brioche aromas from time on yeast lees in the bottle and is elegantly dry in style.
