Vilarnau started producing Cava (Sparkling wine by the Champagne method) in 1948. Since then the company has continually strived to improve their quality through the introduction of new varieties (Vilarnau Cavas are now all based on Chardonnay) and improvements in winery technology.
The Vilarnau Brut Reserva Rosé is a pale rosé cava, very intense and with a great aromatic complexity. In the nose, it offers the characteristic aromas of a delicate rosé cava. It shows the subtlety of violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruits: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries. On the palate it is soft, very creamy, fresh and elegant.
