Created from a marriage of both peated and unpeated whisky, this new release from Raasay continues their use of six different cask types to create an old-fashioned west coast style. A flavour of dark red fruits leads the nose and palate, with honeyed overtones and a subtle, fragrant peat smoke throughout.
