Highland Nectar is a brand new liqueur from the fine folk at Elixir Distillers, made from the marriage of Scotch whisky with infusions of bitter orange, star anise, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger and cinnamon. The character of the ex-sherry cask matured Highland whiskies used shines through, contrasting the syrup and all-natural spice flavours.
