A 2010 Caol Ila single malt from independent bottler La Maison du Whisky that was matured in refill sherry butts for 10 years, before being bottled in 2021 as part of its Artist Collect 5.0 series, featuring artwork by Loren Klein on its label. Aromas of apricots, brandy-soaked cherries, peaches, dried peat, acrid smoke, iodine, raisins, salted caramel and chocolate orange fill the nose, complemented by notes of ashy peat, heather honey, milk chocolate, pear, honeysuckle, lemon and charred earth throughout the palate.
