Bacoo Rum hails from the Dominican Republic, and this one here has been aged for a whole 12 years. It's column distilled from molasses before it's aged in bourbon casks. The name comes from a Caribbean legend, the Bacoo, which is similar to a genie in a bottle, though in this one you'll just find good ol' tasty rum.

Brilliant bronze color with aromas and flavors of toasted fig bread, spiced chocolate pistachio toffee, tres leche cake, and creme brulee with a velvety, fruity medium-full body and a tingling long finish of pink peppercorn, bitter bark & roots, and honeyed espazote.
