Saddleback is the second label of Central Otago winery Peregrine. The region offers a cool climate with large diurnal (day to night) shifts in temperature, perfect for developing the subtle flavours and keen acidity that really makes Riesling tick. 

Low in alcohol and medium dry in style with fine minerality and a lovely touch of fruit sweetness.

Fresh and vibrant aromatics of lemon, lime and orange blossom followed by a soft and luscious palate of honey, mandarin, and cr?me brulee.
