Coming from grapes from different payments looking for more complexity and typicity. 40-50 year old vineyards with a production of less than 1 Kg per vine.

Aged in new French oak barrels for 9 months.

Colour.- Intense cherry red with ruby tones, clean and bright.

Aroma.- Very intense aroma, fine, elegant, with a background of red fruits, plum, cherry. Mineral, spicy, coffee, toasted, vanilla, pastry, egg yolk, meringue notes, very well integrated into the wine.

Palate.- Very powerful, fat and voluminous entry, with a very balanced and concentrated mouthfeel, very lively, good acidity. Long, broad, silky finish in the mouth, with very round and combined tannins.
