Sloe gin starts with a good gin. We selected a unique recipe composed of 5 botanicals: juniper berry, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice and jaboticaba. Traditionally, this base spirit would then be infused with sloes and syrup. The result is a low strength sipping gin where sweetness and tartness balance each other out.

Ink Sloe & Berry gin is our twist on the traditional English sloe, infused with an explosion of botanicals including Davidson plums, red & black berries and native rosella (a type of hibiscus) flowers.

Ink Sloe & Berry gin offers a softer and fruiter alternative to the dry Ink Butterfly Pea gin. They both have unique and different profiles that will allow customers to enjoy our products in even more ways - they complement each other beautifully in cocktails. Ink Sloe & Berry gin will surprise some of the non-gin drinkers and can easily be sipped neat or on the rocks.
