A great example of the 'less-is-more' approach which has gained a lot of popularity around Australia. This is sourced from the cooler slopes of the Barossa, rather than the warmer valley floor, and was harvested earlier than the majority of Shiraz fruit. This doesn't lack for flavour or body, but it certainly is a more elegant and more modern example of what Barossa Valley Shiraz is all about.
