Rich and warming on a roasted malt base, the Doctor is a very dark german style bock beer with notes of cocoa. The characteristic lager yeast gives a light mouth feel, backed with malt sweetness making it highly drinkable at any time of the year. A suave beer best enjoyed with Louis Armstrong.
