A reinterpretation of the German Steinbier, where the extracted wort is passed through superheated Red Rocks in the mash tun, caramelising the wort sugars in a glorious roar of steam and fire.
The caramelisation brings sweetness, balanced by a healthy amount of whole and palletised Nelson Sauvin, with lots of chewy malt character & bitterness, assertive hop aromas & flavours - and lets be honest, not a lot of restraint.
