This Fresh New Hazy IPA uses a combination of Mosaic and Citra along with some out-of-this-world hop heavyweights Strata and Galaxy. Sweet Passionfruit and Pineapple fight for centre stage against Herbal Resinous pine and Grapefruit pith. A clean Pilsner malt base is used alongside Oats to provide a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, but an addition of a not so common heirloom species of wheat 'Spelt Malt' creates a slightly tangy finish which accentuates a punchy hop bitterness! Pretty as a picture and taking you out of this Stratosphere into another Galaxy.
