Welcome the New Era of South Island Single Malt! Our journey began with Willowbank Distillery, and now, for the first time, we are proudly presenting our whisky from the Dunedin Distillery inside the iconic Speights Brewery.

South Island Single Malt, distilled from malted New Zealand barley, aged in American ex-bourbon barrels. This non-peated single malt has been slowly maturing in our seaside bond store in Oamaru.

Deep honey comb and orange in colour. Well balanced with light fruity notes, soft spice and creamy malt flavours, this lovely single malt whisky is easy drinking and delicate. A pleasant wee drop to sip!

Notes
Nose Sweet malted grain, tangerine & mandarin zest. Honey with a fine, mild vanilla.
Palate Rich, oily mid palate with caramel and light citrus fruits.
Finish Long, smooth finish with soft spices.
